This website is operated by Nunavath Vikram Singh ("Ourflix", "we"). This policy explains how refunds work for publishing a gift on Ourflix.
Pricing
₹99 per gift · one-time payment · no subscription. You pay ₹99once to publish a gift; there are no recurring charges, hidden fees, or renewals.
What you're buying
Ourflix is a digital product: an AI-generated, shareable gift website. Because it is created and delivered instantly, the usual rules for physical goods don't apply.
When you can get a refund
- Technical failure: if you paid but your gift could not be generated or published due to a problem on our side, and we can't fix it, you get a full refund.
- Duplicate/accidental charge: refunded in full.
- Within 7 days & not yet shared: if you change your mind within 7 days of paying and haven't shared the published link, contact us and we'll consider a goodwill refund.
When a refund may not apply
Once a gift has been successfully generated, published, and shared, the digital product has been delivered, so refunds are at our discretion.
How to request
Email Ourflix.help@gmail.com (or message us on WhatsApp) with your registered phone number and gift link. We aim to respond within 3 working days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
This is a good-faith policy for an India-based digital gift service. We recommend a review by a qualified lawyer and alignment with your payment provider's (Cashfree) requirements.
