This website is operated by Nunavath Vikram Singh ("Ourflix", "we", "us"). These terms govern your use of Ourflix. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility & account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your password safe — you are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account.
2. Your content and consent
- You keep all ownership of the photos and videos you upload.
- You confirm you have the right to upload them and that everyone shown has consented to appear in a gift you may share.
- You grant Ourflix a limited licence to store, process, and display your media solely to provide the service to you (including AI captioning and generating your gift page).
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, that you don't have rights to, or that involves anyone who hasn't consented. Content flagged as explicit is held for review and may not be published. We may remove content or disable a gift that breaks these terms.
4. Payments
During launch, publishing is free. When paid plans go live, prices will be shown in Indian Rupees (₹) before you pay, and the Refunds Policy will apply.
5. Service "as is"
We work hard to keep Ourflix running, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
6. Termination
You can delete your gifts or account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll post the new date at the top.
